What is FREEDOM 21 LAKE
COUNTY?
· It is an effort to counter United Nations Agenda 21 at our local level, especially
here in Lake County, CA.
· What is United Nations Agenda 21?
· It is the United Nations plan for your future in the 21st
Century that is being implemented by the U.N. Commission
on Sustainable Development
· Is Agenda 21 a bad thing?
· If you value freedom, liberty, private property rights
and the American way of life in general, then it is a bad thing.
· How can this U.N. Agenda affect me, I’m an
American?
· The United
States of America has adopted “Agenda
21” as policy for the future of our country. In 1992, then President George H. W. Bush
swore your allegiance to the United Nations. In 1993 by executive order,
then President William Jefferson Clinton established the President’s
Council on Sustainable Development.
Every government department was directed to establish
sustainable development. Today it
has all kinds of names like “Smart Growth” or "Shaping Our
Future" or "Regional Planning" or "New Urbanism"
or "Sustainable Development".
But no matter what the catchphrase is, what it really represents is
Central Planning and Social Engineering.
· Why haven’t I heard of this before?
· You may not have heard the words “Agenda 21” but you’ve
both heard and experienced Agenda 21 policy already.
· How?
· Agenda 21 is about control of your life. It is accomplished through adjusting your
mind on social, economic and environmental issues over a long period of
time. Everyone basically understands
the environmental approach to control.
Over a course of years you have watched environmental issues trump
private property rights. But under
Agenda 21 you will even see worse restrictions. The Supreme Court’s ruling against
private property rights (June 23, 2005) is Agenda 21 at work. Explaining implementation of the social
and economic issues is a little trickier.
However, you have experienced political correct speech which is a
tentacle of social control and social engineering.
· Has the main-stream press covered this
issue?
· Not hardly.
·
What is the
thought process that feels this Agenda 21 is justified here at home?
·
William
LaJeunesse of Fox News reports: “Agenda 21 and its
supporters around the country and world see as Agenda 21's subtext that the
United States
has a history of environmental irresponsibility and needs to pay for
that. Arguing that Americans have
forfeited the rights to manage their own resources because they embraced urban
sprawl, gas guzzling cars and unchecked consumption of resources, the U.N.
says someone has to take over.” Further he reports: quote "The rate at
which we are depleting the environment is so fast, if we actually hit the
crisis we won't be able to put the brakes on and stop," says Vic Desotelle of the Sustainable Quality Alliance.” End quote.
·
Is there justification for that accusation?
·
I suppose if you are a person who rules their life on
emotion rather than fact, then you might conclude
that we Americans are some kind of environmental exploiters. However, there is plenty of “factual”
evidence proving none of that to be the case. Oh yes, we do enjoy our gas guzzling
cars, our homes in the country and we allow ourselves enough water usage
that we bathe once a day rather than once a week. But the Cato
Institute will disagree with Mr. Vic Desotelle
and do it with facts not supposition.
In fact, if it weren’t for our capitalist society, most people of
this world would never have driven a car or flown in an airplane.
·
If that is not the case, environmental calamity, then
why has our government agreed to this scheme?
·
It seems the United States Government has
agreed to the socialistic ideals of the United Nations since George Bush
the first was elected President. He
told us so in his “New World Order”
speeches. Then when President
Clinton was elected, that assured eight more years of agreement and a fast
track toward our national alignment with “Sustainable Development” (Agenda
21). Of course let’s not forget
Vice President Gore’s history of environmentalism, socialist leanings and
his book, ‘Earth in the Balance’.
·
How can our government do that? Nobody asked me if I wanted my life ruled
by the United Nations. I don’t
remember voting on that issue. I
never heard the United
States Congress debate the issue of us
giving up our sovereignty.
·
I don’t know how they could do what they did, but they
did. Seems the ‘democratic processes’
didn’t apply to this issue. You
won’t like this but here it is:
(House of Representatives - October 02, 1992) Mr. ENGEL. - - - Mr. Speaker, I move to
suspend the rules and agree to the concurrent resolution (H. Con. Res. 353)
expressing the sense of the Congress that the United States should assume a
strong leadership role in implementing the decisions made at the Earth
summit by developing a national strategy to implement Agenda 21 and other Earth summit
agreements through domestic policy and foreign policy, by cooperating with
all countries to identify and initiate further agreements to protect the
global environment, and by supporting and participating in a high-level
U.N. Sustainable Development Commission, as amended. CLICK
HERE TO READ HR-353 Further: HON. NANCY PELOSI in the House of
Representatives MONDAY, MARCH 29, 1993 Ms. PELOSI.
Mr. Speaker, the Earth Summit
provided the world with an unparalleled opportunity to build a global
consensus around critical environmental issues. Implementation of the Earth
Summit
agreements is the key to the summit's ultimate success.
·
Last year, the House passed the
Earth Summit Environmental Leadership Act,
which I introduced, along with all of the House delegates to the Earth Summit, upon my return from Rio.
Today, I will introduce similar legislation, with 33 original cosponsors,
to implement Agenda 21 and Senator Pell, chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations
Committee, will join me in introducing identical legislation in the Senate.
·
The Earth Summit Environmental
Leadership Act outlines a comprehensive national strategy for sustainable development,
in accordance with the principles of Agenda 21 , to be coordinated under the leadership of a specific office and
the direction of a high-level government official. It also urges the United
States to identify and initiate further agreements to protect the global
environment, and for the President to report to Congress on progress toward
achieving a national strategy to implement Agenda 21 .
·
It is critical that the United States
set an example of sustainable consumption and production patterns. My
legislation outlines a number of steps to attain this goal, including the
elimination or reduction of subsidies for the exploitation of natural
resources, and to design a policy framework for sustainable consumption
patterns.
·
Environmental protection is not
only a national issue; it is a challenge for every individual to make a
difference. The principles embodied in Agenda 21 present a framework for
environmental action that should be pursued at all levels of society--in
our schools, local communities, governments, and in our lifestyles. The
concept of sustainable development should be realized in all the major
decisions affecting the future of our environment and the preservation of
its species. The Hopi Indians practiced a land-use policy based on the 7th
generation--that their relationship with the land would not have adverse
effects on future generations of Hopis. We should attempt to do no less.
·
Senator Pell has demonstrated a
forceful leadership on global environmental issues and I look forward to
working in partnership with him on this important initiative to achieve
sustainable development in the United States.
·
I urge my colleagues to join me
in cosponsoring the Earth Summit
Environmental Leadership Act to continue the progress of the Earth Summit.
·
Okay, our government signed onto Agenda 21 in 1992 but
we are still protected by the Constitution, right?
·
What is the Constitution going to do about HR-353
section(B) which directs: “(B) The United States Government should
encourage and facilitate, at all levels of community and sectors of
society, appropriate means for adopting individual Agenda 21 plans of
action, including the establishment of local, county, State, business, and
other boards and commissions for achieving sustainable development. Each member
of the Congress should help initiate this process within their States or
districts.” End quote. If people
don’t stand up and demand their rights, it’s over.
·
Yeah but that was a long time ago and a lot has
changed. We have a new President
Bush.
·
True but I’m afraid this President Bush is a “One World’ guy
too. Like father, like son? Anyway our
current President Bush agrees with Agenda 21 also, as his Under Secretary
of State for Global Affairs, Paula Dobriansky,
told a Brookings-Council on Foreign Relations on Thursday, May 23,
2002 - 12:00 p.m.-1:15 p.m. at The Washington Club, quote: “But if Johannesburg is to truly implement the
international community's new consensus, demonstrated in Monterrey, to
effectively mobilize resources for sustainable development, it should
produce compelling results, not merely high sounding rhetoric. We already
have agreed upon Agenda 21 and the Millennium Declaration goals. The world
community does not need to negotiate new goals or create new global
bureaucracies.” Further she stated what we might take as
the purpose: “The essence of the message
from the United States —
that the United States
will carry to Johannesburg is that we
must continue down the path laid out in Monterrey…”
·
So this country has been wrapped up, tied with a fancy
bow and handed to the America
haters at the U.N. by Nancy Pelosi, and everyone
else is in lock step?
·
Well I don’t know about that, but Ms. Pelosi certainly was one of the first in line to be a
“change agent”. Someone who was
ready to abandon American ideals for the UN’s ideals.
·
What was that the other day, where the Supreme Court
ruled against private property rights.
·
Our Founders knew that private property rights are the
foundation of freedom: James Madison
March 29, 1792 on property:
This term in its particular application
means "that dominion which one man claims and exercises over the
external things of the world, in exclusion of every other individual."
In its larger and juster
meaning, it embraces everything to which a man may attach a value and have
a right; and which leaves to everyone else the like advantage.
In the former sense, a man’s land, or
merchandize, or money is called his property.
In the latter sense, a man has a
property in his opinions and the free communication of them.
He has a property of peculiar value in
his religious opinions, and in the profession and practice dictated by
them.
He has a property very dear to him in
the safety and liberty of his person.
He has an equal property in the free
use of his faculties and free choice of the objects on which to employ
them.
In a word, as a man is said to have a
right to his property, he may be equally said to have a property in his
rights.
Where an excess of power prevails,
property of no sort is duly respected. No man is safe in his opinions, his
person, his faculties, or his possessions.

·
Okay, uncle, uncle.
But how can this “Agenda 21” be so bad?
·
You’ve read where the President, by executive order,
instituted “Sustainable Development”.
You’ve learned that “Sustainable Development” and “Agenda 21” are the same thing.
You’ve read where the U.S. Congress has stated
“Agenda 21” is the policy of the land.
Now there should be no doubt that the United Nations Agenda 21 is
guiding our lives and this country at this very moment. I give you the Supreme Court ruling on
property rights as proof. I give you
“sustainable communities” across the globe as proof. I give you “Sustainable Sonoma
County” as
proof. I give you “Agenda 21 Santa Cruz” as
proof. I give you Florida as proof. Agenda 21 is not the “Bill of Rights”. It is not “The Declaration of Independence”. And it is not the “U.S. Constitution”. It has never been decided on by the
American people that “Agenda 21” should be our new bible. Our guiding light into the 21st
century. It is being pushed on us by
a bunch of self righteous elitist.
It empowers those who agree and indoctrinates those who do not. And you are going to think you are having
a bad dream when it comes into your home.
·
What do we call these (I hate to use the word people)
people doing this to our country?
· Well, Michael Shaw
has spent some time resolving that issue and here’s what he came up with.
As a political science
major and later as a law student, the definition of, or nature of a soviet
social system was never addressed. But years later when "stakeholder
consensus councils" began to swarm Santa Cruz County,
I began to evaluate the subject in earnest.
I know that the
outcomes are pre-arranged because I attended many of these
"stakeholder" meetings. My perspective always included addressing
the consequence of the planned program on private property and individual
autonomy. Without exception an attempt was made by the paid
"facilitators" to disregard comments like mine.
The Definition of a
Soviet:
· A soviet is a system of councils that report
to an apex council and implement a predetermined outcome, often by
consensus, affecting a region or neighborhood.
· Members of a soviet council are chosen by
virtue of their willingness to comply with that outcome and their
one-mindedness with the group
· Soviets are the operating mechanism of a
government-controlled economy, whether it be socialism or
government-corporate ("public-private") partnerships
Change agents are
working with opportunists and other foolish people by coordinating
government, business, NGO, and "non-profit" partners to implement
a soviet system in your county, too.
Watch Michael Shaw from Freedom
21. This is a 20 min. video well worth your time.

· The very worst thing about “Agenda 21” is, they are implementing it in an un-American way because
it is anti- American. They know if
we the people were asked to vote on it and ratify it by each state, it
would never pass.
· They are all guilty.
This is not about being a Democrat or a Republican it’s about being
an American. Every elected official
who is sneaking this past the citizens of this country is not worthy of
calling themselves an American.
· There is no middle road here. You either support implementing Agenda 21
or you oppose implementing Agenda 21.
Which flag is your flag?
AGENDA
21 FREEDOM
21

· You know Agenda 21 has been discussed and voted on in
Congress, so, have your Representative or Senator explain to you why he
never told you about it before.
Have them tell you why they did what they did.
· Make “Agenda 21” an election issue for your Congressman.
· “Agenda 21” should be a public debate issue. Let’s bring “Agenda 21” out of the closet
and shine the bright light of scrutiny on the subject so all Americans know
what’s happening.
· Become an anti-soviet, become a Freedom 21 Fighter.
· To be a Freedom 21 Fighter you don’t have to join
anything. You don’t have to pay any
dues. You don’t have to attend any
meetings. You just have to learn
about Agenda 21 because you can’t fight something you know nothing
about. Then you must share your
knowledge with your friends and neighbors.
And the next time you meet someone who is running for elected
office, any office, ask them where they stand on Agenda 21 “sustainable
development”. Be a Freedom 21
Fighter!
· May GOD Bless the United States of America.
